Robust, sharp, and functional - the classic tool with a variety of over 70 blade shapes. The full bolster serves as a hand guard, ensuring safety and a balanced weight distribution. The sturdy handle scales are permanently riveted.

* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel.
* Particularly sharp, thanks to the laser-supported sharpening process, PEtec. The flexible blade guarantees ultra-thin and precise filleting of fish and meat. The thin blade allows for exact cuts.
