Diamond-coated sharpening rod designed for moderately sharp or dull knives. The unique shape of the diamond particles on the sharpening rod ensures optimal sharpening of the knife blade. The result: a smooth, sharp edge. Diamond sharpening rods are available in fine and standard grits. Since these rods produce minimal material removal from the knife, we additionally recommend a Wüsthof honing steel for daily or weekly touch-ups.
