Balance and ergonomics - the special blade shape ensures optimum balance and allows the entire length of the blade to be used and sharpened. The ergonomically shaped handle scales are permanently riveted and ensure perfect hygiene and care.

* Forged from one piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15).
