The elegant cream-colored handle scales, combined with the special bolster design, ensure a secure grip and optimal balance. The various blade shapes guarantee precise cuts.

* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15).
* Maximum initial sharpness of the blade thanks to the laser-assisted sharpening process, PEtec. Santoku - The typical Japanese blade shape. A versatile knife, ideal for fine cutting tasks in the kitchen. The dimples create air pockets that prevent thin slices from sticking to the blade.
