Wüsthof Classic Ikon - Chef's Knife

Balance and ergonomics - the special bolster shape ensures optimal balance and allows for the use and sharpening of the entire blade length. The ergonomically shaped handle scales are permanently riveted, ensuring impeccable hygiene and maintenance.

Forged from a single piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15). Maximum initial sharpness of the blade thanks to the laser-assisted sharpening process, PEtec. A versatile tool for chopping and slicing, as well as cutting meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables. The all-rounder in the kitchen.
