• Forged from a single piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15).
• Maximum initial sharpness of the blade thanks to the laser-assisted sharpening process, PEtec. Bread knife with a novel precision double wave: longer lifespan and sharpness of the wave. Less effort is required when cutting. The knife can be safely positioned when starting to cut the food. A smooth cut is achieved; there is no tearing or fraying of the food being cut.
