Wüsthof Classic Ikon - Bread Knife

Balance and ergonomics - the special bolster shape ensures optimal balance and allows for the use and sharpening of the entire blade length. The ergonomically shaped handle scales are permanently riveted, ensuring impeccable hygiene and maintenance.

* Forged from a single piece of high-alloy blade steel (X50 Cr MoV 15).
* Maximum initial sharpness of the blade thanks to the laser-supported sharpening process, PEtec. The serrated edge of the blade handles every crust, whether hard or soft bread, without crushing it. Also suitable for fruits and vegetables.
