This larding knife from the Wüsthof Ikon Classic series with its 12 cm long, slim, medium-pointed blade is ideally suited for cutting onions and herbs. It is also a valuable helper when preparing vegetables. The handle made of high-quality special plastic is softly formed and lies comfortably in the hand. The blade is forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel) and offers the prerequisite for high and uniform hardness as well as long cutting durability.
