Wüsthof Classic - Chai Dao
Robust, sharp, and functional - the classic tool with a model variety of over 70 blade shapes. The full bolster serves as a hand guard, ensuring safety and a balanced weight distribution. The sturdy handle scales are permanently riveted.

Forged from a single piece of high-alloy chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel. Particularly sharp, thanks to the laser-supported sharpening process, PEtec. Chinese blade shape in a new design. With its slightly curved blade shape, the Chai Dao is ideal for slicing, chopping, and mincing. Only when it comes to breaking down bones should a classic cleaver be used. Optimally balanced for fatigue-free cutting. The hollow edge creates air pockets in the depressions of the blade, preventing food from sticking to it.
