Product details

Ideal for soft cheeses like Brie, Camembert, or blue and noble mold varieties. The narrow, sharp blade glides through the creamy cheese without tearing or crushing it. Additionally, the classic holes in a soft cheese knife ensure that the cheese easily releases from the blade. Since the blade of this knife is very delicate, it is not recommended for harder cheeses. For those, a hard cheese knife is ideally used.
