The Wusthof Classic Bread Knife with a 20 cm blade effortlessly cuts through both soft and hard bread. It is also suitable for crispy roasts, large fruits with firm skins, or vegetables. The ultra-sharp blade is forged from a single piece of Wusthof steel, hardened to 58 Rockwell, and honed using a laser-based grinding method. The non-slip handle made of special plastic fits ergonomically in the hand and supports safe cutting. This sturdy quality knife is ideally balanced and a daily companion in the kitchen. Made in Solingen.
