  • The thin, flexible blade (16 cm) is the special feature of this slightly longer butcher's knife. It is very pointed, allows precise cuts and is ideal for boning, removing tendons or skinning meat and poultry.
  • Wüsthof Classic knives impress with their timeless design and reliable performance. They are easy to clean and offer the ideal cooking tool for every food fan e.g. this very sharp companion for preparing meat
  • The ultra-sharp blade is forged from one piece of Wüsthof steel, hardened to 58° Rockwell and receives its extreme, long-lasting sharpness when ground in a laser-based sharpening process. The beard protruding over the cutting edge protects the fingers.
  • A good knife with non-slip handles made of special plastic. They are triple-riveted with stainless steel rivets, seamlessly assembled and very hygienic. The ergonomic handle lies well in the hand and supports fatigue-free, safe cutting.
