The WolfCut 5-piece butcher knife set includes two boning knives with blades of 13 cm and 15 cm, a paring knife with a 17 cm blade, a butcher knife with a 19 cm blade, and a breaking knife with a blade length of 26 cm. Made from 100% chrome steel and hardened to HRC 58 Rockwell, they are characterized by their corrosion resistance and long-lasting sharpness. The SoftGrip handles offer enhanced safety features such as non-slip finger grooves, an extensive hand guard, and an ergonomic thumb rest. The knives come with a plastic carrying case and protective covers for the tips.
