The professional chef's knife with a genuine wooden handle has a blade length of 24.00 cm and a blade width of 13.00 cm. It is made of real 67-layer VG 10 Damascus steel and achieves a blade hardness of 60±2 HRC. The handle is made of Pakka wood and is sharpened by hand.
