The WMF SELECTit frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm combines high durability with versatile applications and maximum comfort when frying. This multitasker is suitable for any pan dish, whether for gently cooking delicate fish fillets or for searing robust vegetables and meats. The excellent non-stick coating ensures that nothing burns and also makes cleaning easier, while the optimal heat distribution and retention of the TransTherm® universal base allow for energy-saving frying on any stove – including induction. Made from high-quality Cromargan®: stainless steel 18/10, the pan is also suitable for use in the oven. Additionally, it features a heat-reducing hollow handle and a wide pouring rim for drip-free pouring of liquids.
