WMF Palermo menu knife mono 23.2 cm, monobloc knife, Cromargan stainless steel polished, shiny, dishwasher safe. Cutlery parts made of Cromargan are resistant to food acids, neutral in taste, rustproof and dishwasher safe. The solid Monobloc table knife is forged from one piece and hardened as a whole. The hardening process ensures good cutting properties and makes it corrosion-resistant. The handle and blade are balanced in weight, joined seamlessly and ground flush. This gives the knife a good feel and makes it very comfortable to hold. The surfaces are precisely trimmed. All edges are carefully rounded.
