Product details

The spatula has a firm to medium-strength blade, making it suitable for turning, inserting, and lifting meat, pancakes, or crêpes in the pan. It is also effective for dividing casseroles and can be used to crush baked flour and egg dishes such as omelettes or pancakes. Some spatulas feature a flat blade with slots that allow fat to drain quickly when turning food. The handle measures 16 cm long and fits comfortably in the hand due to its curved shape. The turning area is approximately 11 x 7.5 cm.
