WMF Kochtopf

The Made in Germany cookware was created in collaboration with the NOA Aachen design studio. The pot lid was inspired by Apple's iPod MP3 player. Made of stainless steel and silicone, the lid has four different functions, based on the iPod's control wheel. Practical, because depending on the position, liquids can be poured out completely or in a controlled manner with the lid closed: The cooking water escapes through the large sieve openings and the pasta remains in the pot. The same works with the small sieve openings for rice. The closed position is intended for low-water cooking and the open position for draining liquids completely. The red ring in the lid is a real eye-catcher. Made of heat-resistant silicone, it always sits firmly in the pot. Important: The hollow handles cannot heat up during cooking, so pot holders are unnecessary. The pots have an internal scale for easy measuring of liquids and are made of indestructible Cromargan. The TransTherm all-stove base is also suitable for induction, it transfers heat from the hob quickly and directly and retains heat for a long time.
