This is particularly remarkable in the Yari Edition knives, which feature an extremely acute cutting angle of 30 degrees. The result: you can effortlessly fillet meat, fish, and vegetables with a knife from this series. The handle of the Yari knives is made from high-quality Pakkawood and fits securely in the hand. Important: Knives from this series should only be sharpened with a whetstone.
