The blades of the knives are made from 67 layers of high-quality Japanese specialty steel, giving them a unique appearance and extraordinary strength – ensuring long-lasting sharpness. This sharpness is particularly remarkable in the Yari Edition knives due to an extremely acute cutting angle of 30 degrees. The result: You can effortlessly fillet meat, fish, and vegetables with a knife from this series. The handle of the Yari knives is made from high-quality Pakkawood and fits securely in the hand. Combined with the Damascus grain of the blades, it gives the knives a distinct Far Eastern aesthetic. The collection includes Santoku and chef's knives, as well as utility and office knives. Important: Knives from this series should only be sharpened with a whetstone.
