Product details

WMF Flame Plus Plus menu knife with inserted blade (length 24 cm). Cromargan protect 18/10 stainless steel, polished (glossy). Cutlery made of Cromargan protect is resistant to food acids, tasteless, rustproof, dishwasher-safe and scratch-resistant. The cutlery stays like new for years and shows no signs of wear, even with intensive everyday use, thanks to the patented process for strengthening resistance. The table knife has an inset blade made of forged and specially hardened special blade steel. This gives it long-lasting sharpness and resilience. The handle and blade are balanced in weight, joined without joints and ground flush. The knife lies well in the hand and has a balanced weight.
