Product Description

The rectangular or oval pot shape with two handles is ideal for cooking, searing, and braising fish and meat. However, it truly excels with large portions like beef roasts or whole poultry. It creates a crispy skin while keeping the meat juicy and tender inside. When covered with a heat-resistant glass or metal lid, the roast cooks evenly. The roasting pan can be used on all types of stoves and is also comfortable in the oven. Made from Cromargan® stainless steel or cast iron, it retains heat for a long time and distributes it evenly to the food. Good to know: The roasting pan is easy to clean in the dishwasher.
