WMF Chef's knife

With this knife series, the name says it all: the Chef's Edition was designed for professional chefs and for all those who want maximum precision when cutting. The idea for the collection was born after a workshop on hand position and technique when cutting. Professional chefs hold wide knives between their thumb and forefinger at the transition to the bolster - exactly where there is a sharp edge on conventional knives. This realisation led to the development of cutting tools with smooth transitions between the blade and bolster as well as on the back of the knife. Without sharp edges, the Chef's Edition knives nestle perfectly in the hand and effortlessly cut the thickest meat and crunchiest vegetables. Thanks to the seamless finish of the stainless steel handles, the models are particularly easy to clean and hygienic. The series includes a paring knife, all-purpose knife, chef's knife, meat knife, bread knife and a Chinese chef's knife. All blades have been manufactured with Performance Cut to ensure outstanding sharpness over a long period of time. In addition to its tactile and functional properties, the Chef's Edition also has a modern look.
