You will receive a set of three different knives from Windmühlenmesser:

  • 1x Wave Knife: Blade length approx. 60 mm, total length approx. 160 mm, curved blade.
  • 1x Peeling Knife: Blade length approx. 85 mm, total length approx. 165 mm, straight blade.
  • 1x Kitchen Knife: Blade length approx. 65 mm, total length approx. 170 mm, straight blade.

These knives are made of carbon steel, which is not stainless. The dark discoloration of the blade during use is normal and represents the typical working color of high-quality carbon steel. Be sure to dry the knives thoroughly after use. They are not dishwasher safe and feature a handle made of red beech wood. Each knife is thinly ground and handcrafted in Solingen.
