Windmühle hunchbacks

Born from the rural tradition of Germany, this knife has been manufactured for over 140 years in accordance with the principle of "Solingen thin grinding," with its unique blade shape remaining unchanged. The curved blade, also known as the old German table knife, showcases its distinctive character through its specific functions, namely cutting and spreading.

Its width allows for good cutting control, and it is sharp enough that you won't need another knife for hard sausages. The rounded tip enables you to spread a precious commodity like butter sparingly and thinly. Its smooth thin grind slices through bread and especially rolls without leaving unwanted crumbs in the middle. It does not require a serrated edge. The blade is made of stainless steel.
