The bird's beak is a classic that has always been ground and poured by hand at Windmill. Originally developed from a hollow ground bean knife, it has long since fulfilled its own purpose as an optimal peeling knife. The curved, extremely sharply ground blade of this windmill knife is ideal for peeling vegetables, potatoes and fruit. It peels even tender asparagus thinly and sparingly.
