With the 480 x 450 mm canning machine from Wiltec, you can easily preserve jams, soups, and other delicacies at home. For example, strawberries, currants, or apricots can be placed directly from your own garden into a canning jar, and the canning process can begin. This way, the products are not only homemade, but their shelf life is also extended through canning.

The powerful 2000 W canning machine has a capacity of 27 liters, allowing multiple jars to be processed at the same time. To drain the water from the canning pot, there is a practical tap located at the front of the pot, which allows for easy dosing of the right amount of liquid. Additionally, you can set whether the machine should be used for defrosting, reheating, or cooking. For this purpose, the temperature inside can be continuously adjusted from 30 °C to 100 °C, and simultaneously, the timer for the desired cooking time can be activated. The digital display conveniently shows the set parameters.

The canning pot has a diameter of 350 mm, is made of stainless steel, and is equipped with a concealed heating element as well as a removable insert rack. The carrying handles are made of plastic and, like the bottom, are heat-insulated to ensure the machine can be transported safely.
