The kitchen knife delivers long-lasting sharpness, thanks to a blade made of high-quality Sandvik 12C27 knife steel, reinforced by an ideal sharpening angle of 15°. It is excellent for filleting fish.

With the help of the thin and flexible knife, fish, meat, or other foods can be easily filleted. The sharp filleting knife is always a suitable kitchen aid.

The sharp blade of the knife is 20 cm long. The G10 handle and stainless steel fit comfortably in the hand and are suitable for precise application.

The high-quality Sandvik 12C27 knife steel offers a high hardness of HRC: 58±2 as well as good corrosion resistance. For a long lifespan, hand washing is recommended.
