The oyster knife with a short, wide blade is designed for prying open oysters, as well as other shellfish. Effortless opening of oysters is guaranteed by the specially sharpened and forged double-edged stainless steel blade with a narrow tip. The surrounding finger and thumb guard provides high safety. An ergonomic, non-slip handle with an elongated indentation ensures a firm grip. The oyster knife is easy to clean by hand and is dishwasher safe.
