It features a sharp 4-winged knife and a disc with a hole size of 4.5 mm. Additional items available for purchase include the piping pastry attachment, further perforated discs in sizes of 6 mm and 8 mm, and a sausage hopper set.

The accessories can be easily attached using an easy-to-open fastening ring. It provides a firm hold on tables and worktops thanks to the screw clamp, and a plastic washer prevents scratching of sensitive surfaces. The pleasantly shaped wooden crank supports easy handling.

This mincer is durable with solid workmanship, easy to clean by hand, and can be dismantled into individual parts. It is not dishwasher safe.
