The hand slicer with dough sled is designed for the simple and quick production of spaetzle and button in any dough consistency. Simply fill the plastic sled with dough (capacity 250 ml) and slide the sled back and forth on the perforated planing board. Knöpfle and Spätzle are ready in minutes. The support bracket for pots and bowls up to a Ø of 28 cm and an edge thickness of up to 1.4 cm and the rounded handle made of high-quality plastic with suspension eyelet ensure optimum support during preparation and space-saving storage. A flush seal between the carriage and side rails prevents the dough from flowing away.
