Product details

Easily extendable and practical box shape (22 to 35 cm long) for baking bread or sweet and savory cakes of various weight classes. Whether baking pizza, tarte flambée, or sweet and savory sheet cakes, the "Back Meister" series meets every demand of discerning multi-users. The special Whitford Xylan non-stick coating reduces the use of oil, fat, or butter and allows for easy release of baked goods as well as even browning. Thanks to the particularly strong steel quality with a high-quality coating, optimal and even baking properties are achieved. The baking pan is heat-resistant up to 230 degrees and PFOA-free.
