Product details

The 2-piece Westmark Spätzle set consists of a Spätzlehobel for Knöpfle and a slotted spoon. It is characterized by the use of stainless steel as well as ABS and PA in the colors white, silver, and black. The hobel features a dough slide with a capacity of approximately 250 ml, making it easier to shape Spätzle. The slotted spoon, suitable for high temperatures of up to 210 °C, allows for gentle scooping and removal of prepared dishes. Both kitchen tools are equipped with ergonomically shaped, rounded handles and hanging loops. The dimensions are 32.2 x 11.8 x 8 cm and 32 x 10.8 x 6.8 cm, respectively. Cleaning is also effortless, as both elements are dishwasher safe and resistant to discoloration.
