The Kai Shun knife DM-0700 from the Palatina workshop is characterized by its core blade made of V-Gold 10 steel, which is surrounded by 32 layers of Damascus steel. This handy office knife, with its 9 cm long blade, is excellent for precise peeling and chopping of vegetables and fruits, as well as for meat preparation. The ergonomically shaped handle made of laminated pakkawood in a dark brown chestnut shape, adorned with stainless steel accents, offers the highest comfort. This set is completed with an exclusive cutting board made from robust oak wood sourced from a wine barrel. It measures 25 x 15 cm and is handcrafted in the Palatinate region. The knife, along with the board, is delivered in an elegant gift box with gold embossing.
