Warema WARE weather station
Product details
The WAREMA KNX weather station with integrated KNX bus coupling and heating is designed for measuring and evaluating meteorological data as well as for controlling sun protection devices. It includes sun protection control for up to 8 facades (including sun position-dependent louver tracking). The following parameters are captured via integrated sensors: wind speed, wind direction, precipitation, brightness (measured in four directions), global radiation, twilight, temperature, relative humidity, and air pressure. Additionally, further weather data is calculated to better represent the weather as perceived by humans: absolute humidity, perceived temperature (wind chill effect), comfort, and mugginess. A GPS/GLONASS receiver with a real-time clock updates the date and time and is used for the automatic determination of the sun's position and location (longitude and latitude, station height). Furthermore, limit evaluations, links, and blocking elements are implemented in the software. The installation takes place outdoors on buildings, preferably in the roof and facade areas. The WAREMA KNX weather station features a very compact housing and can be installed directly on a sensor mast or via the included mounting arm on a wall or any mast. The translucent housing material allows for discreet integration into the facade design.
