Sharpener with two different cutting angles: 17° for kitchen knives and 25° for hunting and outdoor knives. It features two different grinding inserts: The carbide inserts in the dark, coarse V-cut provide the basic sharpness. The ceramic inserts in the fine white V-cut polish the blade, restoring its original fine shine. Hold the sharpener with your left hand on the ribbed surface and press it onto a non-slip surface. After just three to four effortless strokes through the sharpener, the blade will be ready for use again. Not suitable for serrated, chipped, or damaged blades.
