The professional Nakiri knife with a walnut wood handle has a total length of 37.50 cm and a blade length of 22.50 cm.

Thanks to VG10 Damascus steel, a blade hardness of 60±2 HRC is achieved. The professional kitchen knife is exceptionally sharp. The hammered finish gives the blade a distinctive look.
