The blades are made of 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel and VG-10 steel, ensuring a hardness of 60±2 HRC. The ergonomically shaped Pakkawood handles provide a balanced feel. These knives are suitable for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. The magnetic knife block, made of acacia wood with a stainless steel base, complements the set.
