This set consists of the following four knives: a Santoku knife (knife length: 30 cm, blade length: 17 cm), a carving knife (knife length: 30 cm, blade length: 18 cm), a smaller Santoku knife (knife length: 23.5 cm, blade length: 12.5 cm), and a paring knife (knife length: 19 cm, blade length: 8.5 cm). The knives are made of VG10 Damascus steel. The blades are extra sharp and retain their sharpness even after frequent use. The ergonomically shaped handle made of Pakkawood allows for fatigue-free use of the knives.
