Vitamix ASCENT 1.4 L Aer™ Disc Container

Aer Disc: Whipping, emulsifying, whisking, and frothing – your Vitamix can do much more than just blend! The patented Aer-Disc container is another powerful innovation from Vitamix. Equipped with a perforated disc instead of a blade, it quickly whips cream alternatives, creates wonderfully airy vegan milk foam, mixes cocktails, and emulsifies sauces. Liquid ingredients are drawn through the holes, swirled, and finely emulsified, while firmer components like ice, fruits, and herbs are stirred but not pureed.
