Victorinox filleting knife with a 30 cm blade. It is ideal for filleting salmon, pike, and other fish. Both sides of the narrow, flexible blade are oval grooved, which significantly reduces resistance while filleting large fatty fish, as air is trapped in the oval grooves while cutting.
