The Vevor Electric Brewing System is a comprehensive all-in-one home brewing solution designed to create pure malt beers with professional results. This 35 litre brew kettle combines mashing and boiling in a single appliance, eliminating the need for multiple appliances. Made from food-grade 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm, the inner pot ensures durability and maintains the purity of the beer during the brewing process. The system operates at 1800 watts and has an intelligent LCD control panel that offers both automatic and manual brewing modes. The temperature control ranges from 25 °C to 100 °C with precise adjustments, while the time functions allow programming from 1 to 180 minutes. The appliance can store up to 10 customised recipes and includes reminders for hop addition during the boiling phase. With a capacity to mash up to 8kg of malt and ferment up to 8.5kg, the system supports automatic step mashing with seven programmable phases, each of which can be configured for specific temperatures and times. An 8.8 metre long cooling coil ensures efficient cooling of the wort after boiling, while an integrated filter sieve removes unwanted particles. The circulation pump and arm system ensures even temperature distribution during fermentation and improves brewing efficiency for higher yields. The circulation arm retains its shape during use and can be thoroughly cleaned with water. Separate controls for the pump and flow control give users full control over the brewing process.
