Product details

The V-Zug roasting grid 1100509 (390 x 330 mm) with stainless steel coating fits exactly into the standard baking trays (K54000 & K44006) and serves as a support surface for cooking, grilling, roasting, boiling and baking. Roasting grid from V-Zug - crispy golden brown results. The raised position of the grid, which can be placed on feet, makes it suitable for roasting fish, meat or poultry, for cooling baked goods and pastries, as well as for glazing or pouring over sweet pastries (couverture) without smearing the base of the pastry.

  • Food does not come into contact with the base.
  • Crispy all round, the heat circulates freely around the food and does not simmer in its own juices.
  • Roasting juices/fat are collected and can be used for flavourful sauces.
