The BPA-free Backmeister Big Black offers 15 stored programs for bread (including gluten-free), jam, cake, pasta dough, or yogurt. With a powerful, robust AC motor, it allows for the selection of 3 bread sizes and 3 browning levels. It features a removable baking pan and a double kneader, both with a ceramic non-stick coating.
