The Unold Electric Knife 78815 is a cordless electric knife featuring two interchangeable stainless steel blades. It includes a knife with a specially serrated stainless steel double blade with a wavy edge, perfect for effortlessly slicing bread, cakes, and various vegetables like cabbage. The second knife has a smooth stainless steel blade, ideal for meat, fish, poultry, as well as cheese or salami.

The battery life is approximately 45 minutes, allowing for cordless use for flexible applications in the kitchen or directly at the table. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the knife can be conveniently placed on the table. It features a safety switch with a 2-finger operation for secure handling. The charging time for the battery is about 2.5 hours.

Included in the package are a practical and secure storage box, as well as protective covers for the blades. There are separate eject buttons for the blades and a plug-in power supply with a charging indicator. The power output is 9 W.
