Whether it's gluten-free bread, protein bread, whole grain loaves, or sweet temptations like cakes and jams: 19 pre-set programs and a customizable program leave nothing to be desired.

Three selectable bread sizes (approximately 500, 750, or 1,000 g) and three browning levels ensure maximum flexibility. The timer can be set up to 15 hours in advance, and the keep warm function allows for fresh bread at your desired time.

The removable baking pan and kneader are equipped with a durable, ceramic non-stick coating for effortless cleaning. The large viewing window allows you to keep an eye on the baking process at all times. The illuminated LCD display ensures intuitive operation.

With its compact, lightweight design, non-slip feet, and 550 W power, the BACKMEISTER® Bernd is ideal for flexible use in any kitchen. Accessories such as a measuring cup, measuring spoons, dough hook, and recipe suggestions in the user manual are, of course, included.
