Raclette knife with a special blade, featuring a smooth, sharpened side for scraping melted cheese and a serrated side for cutting off the remaining crust (the "religieuse"). The blade is made of stainless steel, and the handle is made of rosewood. Delivered in a padded wooden box. This raclette knife is an accessory product for all classic TTM raclette machines.
