Product details

The Onyx all-purpose knife features a blade length of 13 cm and is made from a VG-10 stainless steel core, surrounded by 67 layers of Damascus steel. This not only gives the blade a distinctive Damascus pattern but also ensures high sharpness and durability. With a hardness rating of 61° HRC on the Rockwell scale, the knife's robustness and edge retention are emphasized. The simple blade grind allows for precise cuts across a variety of kitchen tasks. The ergonomically shaped handle, made from a combination of wood and resin, provides a secure and comfortable grip. The knife should be hand washed.
