This Japanese Gyutou kitchen knife from Tsubazo is equipped with a blade made of Daido 1K6 stainless steel with a hammered look. Thanks to its oval shape, the pakkawood handle with plastic ferrule sits comfortably in the hand of both right-handed and left-handed users. This Gyutou knife has a double-sided sharpening and is used in Asian cuisine for preparing vegetables, fish and meat. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
