The AW 20 S air washer optimizes air quality with an airflow of 228 m³/h, adjustable with three ventilation levels, in rooms up to 55 m² or 138 m³ directly multiple times. Unlike conventional air purifiers, which further dry out the already dry heating air during the colder months, the AW 20 S cleans and humidifies the air simultaneously in a hygienically perfect manner. Particles contained in the incoming air are bound with a water film and washed away through a rotating humidifier disc in the 9-liter water tank. The three-stage high-performance filter technology, featuring two high-quality HEPA filters (97.97% separation efficiency), additionally frees the air from tiny suspended particles, viruses, bacteria, pollen, dust mites, mold spores, and dust down to a particle size of 0.3 µm. The multi-stage air hygiene is rounded off by plasma ionization to eliminate unpleasant odors from tobacco, food, or pets.
