Product details

The Triangle fine slicer with residue holder is ideal for cutting ultra-thin slices of truffles, mushrooms, and other delicacies. The fine slicer's cutting width is 4.5 cm, and the cutting thickness can be adjusted from 0 to approximately 3 mm. The working part of the fine slicer is made of stainless steel, while the modern handle is made of polypropylene. The residue holder of the fine slicer is made of plastic.
